We begin the process by meeting with our clients to understand the brief and how they will use the property to ensure it fits with their lifestyle and budget. Upon instruction we will conduct a site survey, followed by a design meeting where we present the initial concept - mood boards, finishes, visual references, furniture space planning and propose any structural changes to be made.
Once the concept has been agreed, we prepare a series of presentations where we develop the conceptual ideas into reality. Working alongside a team of contractors and suppliers, we select all the furniture, materials, lighting, joinery and finishes. The team then create full working drawings and each element of the scheme is specified, developed and costed for client approval and sign-off.
Design Management & Procurement
Working closely with the team on site to ensure that the design is in line with the initial concept, resolving any issues that may occur, maintaining the quality whilst keeping within the time program and budget. Progress of the project is monitored and managed with regular site visits and keeping clients informed throughout. We procure, liase and coordinate the delivery and installation of all the joinery and FF&E.
Dressing & Styling
We offer a dressing service for show homes or private clients. We source and procure all accessories and artwork to fully dress the property, adding the luxurious finishing touches to your home.
Bespoke Joinery & Furniture
All bespoke joinery and furniture is designed in house by our team and the concepts and full working drawings are presented to clients for sign-off. Sourcing from our extensive range of high quality and unique finishes, we create a truly bespoke product which sets our projects apart.
If you’re considering an Interior Design service for your project, we offer a free initial design consultation service where we will arrange a meeting with you to discuss your project. This can also be done over the phone for international projects.
